Our Community

One of the reasons we chose this new

house was the fact that it is located only a few blocks away from the kids’ school as well as the community pool and numerous city parks. In the warmer months, we enjoy taking advantage of the abundant bicycle and walking paths that are found throughout the entire area.

We are located about an hour from the Pacific Ocean (which we visit frequently) so there is a large "west coast" mentality when it comes to a lot of the area and activities that are around.

Because of the incredibly temperate

climate that we are enjoy, we are able to take advantage of the parks and recreational activities as a family almost year-round.

The community that we are in is fairly small at only 20,000 people providing a wonderful and safe location for the children. Without much corporate influence in the area, we have multiple "mom-and-pop" businesses and

community farmers markets that we regularly attend.
